We will only ship high value orders to the cardholders' billing address or to a Paypal confirmed/verified address
If payment is received before 12 noon, we attempt to despatch all CCTV and cable boxes on a next day delivery basis and manage to do so with most orders (not including orders placed at the weekend or on Bank Holidays).
Orders under £50 and Smaller items are subject to a shipping fee of £2.45
and will be despatched by 1st Class Royal Mail.
All Boxes are covered by 6 months hardware warranty with ourselves 12 months return to manufacturer warranty, software not covered.
Returns Policy
Please retain all original packaging.
Upon receipt of your product, please check and report any faults within 24 hours of receipt.
If a fault occurs within 7 days of receipt, the item will be replaced free of charge.
Prior to returning a faulty product, please contact us in advance to raise an RMA or for support in rectifying your problem.
ALL RECEIVERS ARE FREE TO AIR ONLY - WE DO NOT CONDONE USE OF ILLEGAL SOFWARE. WARNING :- WARRANTY WILL BE NULL AND VOID IF ANY OTHER THAN THE FACTORY PROVIDED FTA SOFTWARE HAS BEEN INSTALLED, AND RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Please note that freezing or sticky pictures are usually caused by weak or high signal strengths & not always due to faulty hardware. The ideal signal strength for optimum viewing is 80%!
If your signal strength is below 80%, you will require a CATV signal booster.
Please contact us for advice on how to boost your cable signal strength!
If your signal strength is above 85%, you will require a forward path CATV attenuator.
Please contact us for advice on how to reduce your cable signal strength!
Cable receivers can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery, providing that they are still "sealed & unopened". Cable receivers must be returned in the same original condition, i.e. with no scuff marks, scratches, dents & with all original parts, packaging & accessories!
All digital cable receivers are provided with a 6 month hardware only warranty. This does not cover the continued operation of the unit as this may be affected by changes to the signal and the operating firmware.
The warranty does not cover remote controls, accessories, negligence, tampering, accidental damage, damage due to thunder/lightning storms & damage due to faulty residential electrical supplies. All cable receivers have tamper evident security stickers. Removing these security stickers will void your warranty!
